Can I pick up my order in the store?
Yes. Orders can be collected at the SURVIVAL store at T. Ševčenkos str. 18, Vilnius, if the in-store pickup option was selected during checkout.
Orders can be collected on business days from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Please come to collect your order only after receiving an email notification that your order is ready for pickup. You must present your order number when collecting.
Where can I find my VAT invoice?
The VAT invoice will be sent to you by email once your order has been handed over to the courier or collected at the SURVIVAL store.

Can I return products?
Yes. In accordance with applicable Lithuanian legislation, you may return unsuitable products within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Registered users can initiate a return by logging into their account and completing the return form in the “Return product” section.
Unregistered users must complete the product return form online RETURN FORM
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, retain their commercial appearance, and be in the original packaging.
Is product return free of charge?
No. Product returns at Survival.lt are free of charge.

How long is the warranty valid for my purchased product?
All products purchased at www.survival.lt are covered by a 24-month (2-year) manufacturer’s warranty, unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer.

How can I know if my order is being processed?
All information regarding order payment, confirmation, processing, and delivery is sent to the email address provided with the order.
If you have not received this information, please contact us by email at info@survival.lt, providing:
- order number,
- email address,
- recipient’s full name.
Can I purchase Category A, B, or C firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, or their parts online at www.survival.lt?
No. Category A, B, and C firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition, and their parts cannot be purchased online at www.survival.lt.
Online purchase is limited to reservation of these products and payment of a reservation fee.
The purchase–sale agreement for Category A, B, and C firearms, their accessories, ammunition, and parts is concluded only at the time of collection at the SURVIVAL store (T. Ševčenkos str. 18, Vilnius), after:
- verifying a valid firearm possession or acquisition permit in the Police Electronic Services System,
- verifying which ammunition the buyer is permitted to acquire,
- verifying the original identity document.
During reservation, it is mandatory to provide a valid permit number and pay the reservation fee. When collecting the firearm, original permit and identity documents must be presented.
Can I purchase Category D weapons and knives online at www.survival.lt?
In accordance with the company’s internal policy and the rules of this online store, Category D weapons and knives may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or older.
Upon delivery of an order containing such products, the courier has the right to request an identity document confirming the customer’s age.
