Secure payments
Payments in the Survival.lt online store are processed via the Klix by Citadele payment collection system. This allows you to choose the most convenient payment method and ensures a secure checkout process.
Payment methods
- Card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (if supported by your device/browser)
- Online banking payment (bank payment via your selected bank)
- Click to Pay (if available at checkout)
How checkout works
- Select products and proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, choose your preferred payment method via Klix.
- If you pay via online banking, you will be redirected to your bank to confirm the payment.
- If you pay by card or via Apple Pay / Google Pay, you will confirm the payment according to the chosen method (e.g., bank approval, biometrics, etc.).
- After a successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment security
Additional authentication may be applied to confirm payments (e.g., 3D Secure) – an extra security step designed to protect online card payments.
If the payment fails, we recommend checking the entered details, your internet connection, or trying another payment method. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Returns and refunds
If an order is cancelled or items are returned in accordance with our terms, refunds are issued to the same payment method (or as otherwise agreed), following the return conditions.
